LV 39 Liquid Level Transducers and Transmitters (with overvoltage protection)

Model LV39 submersible liquid level transducers and transmitters is designed for applications which may have overvoltage or lightening risk. Both the overvoltage protection and short-circuit protection are integrated in this model. Thanks to these protections, the LV39 can be used to measure level of the flammable media by submerging into such media.

The measuring range of LV39 transmitters spans from 0~1 to 0~200 meter water column (mH2O) with measuring accuracy up to 0.25%fs (fs = full scale). The output signal of transmitters can be configured to either current loop (4~20mA, standard), voltage output (0~5V, 0~10V) or digital output (I2C). The millivolt signal directly from the Wheatstone bridge circuit is also available on request (transducer version).

LV36 Submersible Liquid Level Transmitters with Flush Diaphragm

Model LV36 submersible liquid level transducers and transmitters with flush diaphragm is designed for a wide variety of level measurement applications. This model employs BCM piezoresistive pressure sensor and is protected by the stainless steel (SS) housing. Featuring the flush diaphragm makes the LV36 suitable to measure viscous media or media with small particles, so as to have diverse measurement applications.
The standard reference pressure is gauge (or relative) pressure realized through a vent tube in the cable. The reference pressure can also be absolute pressure on request.

The measuring range of LV36 transmitters spans from 0~1 to 0~200 meter water column (mH2O) with measuring accuracy of 0.5%fs (fs = full scale). The output signal of transmitters can be configured to either current loop (4~20mA, standard), voltage output (0.5~4.5V, 1~5V) or digital output (I2C or SPI). The millivolt signal directly from the Wheatstone bridge circuit is also available on request (transducer version).

LV35 Liquid Level Transducers and Transmitters for Tank Applications in Chemical Industry

Based on silicon piezoresistive technology, model LV35 submersible Liquid level transmitter is designed for use in applications where the pressure is created by corrosive pressure media. The pressure diaphragm is made from tantalum and the housing is made from PVDF. LV35 level transmitters are designed for gauge pressure measurements.

The LV35 level transmitters are made of a Wheatstone bridge circuit. Various output signals are available, including millivolts signal ( ≥ 2.5mV/V), amplified signals (4~20mA, 1~5V or 0~5V), and digital signal (I2C) . The measuring accuracy is up to 0.25%fs.

LV16 Mini-Diameter Submersible Liquid Level Transducers

Model LV16 mini-diameter submersible liquid level transducers is designed for applications which require a small diameter of the transducer body. This model employs BCM piezoresistive pressure sensor and is protected by the stainless steel (SS) housing.

In the application, the transducer is submerged into the measuring liquid. By measuring the pressure generated by the liquid, the output of the LV16 is proportional to the level of the liquid.

The measuring range of LV16 transducers spans from 0~5 to 0~100 meter water column (mH2O) with measuring accuracy of 0.5%fs (fs = full scale). The output signal is the millivolt signal directly from the Wheatstone bridge circuit which can be either with or without temperature compensation.

The temperature sensor can also be integrated into this model on request. The pressure reference can be either gauge (or relative) pressure or absolute pressure.
