Humidity Sensors
The humidity sensors of the serie HIH, offer a very good performance to survey the air moisture, in a very cost-efficient case. These humidity sensors are laser trimmed, heat-bonded, capacitive and are made of polymer. They include a chip-integrated signal processing. The HIH series are highly suitable for OEM initial equipment.
Additionally to the well-tried analog humidity sensor of the serie HIH-4000-xxx, there are now new, digital output sensors available to survey air moisture and temperature combined in a standard case (SOIC-8 SMD or SIP 4 Pol) with different accuracy. (from +/- 4,5% to +/- 1,7% accuracy of relative humidity.
