New THT test points with color coding

Identifying test points on densely populated PCBs plays a critical role in both efficient PCB production testing and troubleshooting. Keystone Electronics has developed a comprehensive series of through-hole (THM) test points with color-coded insulator sockets. These provide better visibility and faster identification and are an ideal replacement for winding pins and turret terminals.

Keystone’s THM test points are suitable for 0.062″ and 0.093″ thick boards; the eyelet above the insulator base provides a secure access point for many different gripping devices, e.g. J-hooks, EZ-hooks, grippers, alligator clips, tips and probes. In addition, the test points are designed to hold existing terminals in position perpendicular to the PCB during and after wave soldering.

The user can choose from a wide range of colors (10 different colors) – this creates a plus in clarity!

The THT test points are available in three different sizes: miniature, compact and multifunctional.
